Down Syndrome Stories, Photos and Poems

Our purpose in sharing these Down Syndrome stories, photos and poems is to give hope and encouragement to families whose child has recently received a diagnosis of Down Syndrome (and for anyone else who would like view them). We also hope to give others a glimpse into our lives so they can see what a joy our children with Down Syndrome are and learn to put their fears and prejudices aside.

Sam's Story

We would like to share with you stories about the lives of children with Down Syndrome and their families. We will start with our own. We'd love to include those of other Down Syndrome families. Click on the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page if you would like to share your story.

Photos

Again, we will start here by sharing photos of our son and our family. If you have a photo or photos you'd like to put in the photo gallery please Contact Us. You may send the picture(s) to our email.

Poems

Here we will share with you some of the touching poems and stories written with special needs children in mind. If you see a work here that is yours and not credited, please contact us so we may give credit where credit is due.
